The infected crossing the viaduct on Riverside Drive in Manhattan.

The Undead Novels Trilogy

In a not-so-distant future, a viral outbreak in Manhattan results in a catastrophic pandemic that could mean the end of all humankind. In the first book, several survivors band together and fight their way through the Zombie Apocalypse. We rejoin these survivors in the second book, who are now trying to create a self-sufficient society. Meanwhile, a military convoy flees the former safety of their underground bunker and treks across the country in search of a new safe haven to call home. By the third book, the survivors prepare for the ultimate battle for their lives before venturing into No Man's Land. In the end, who will rein supreme over what little remains? Will it be humanity or the zombies? Order your copies and begin the adventure today!

When I wrote this series, I wrote each book as if it were part of a series for television/streaming. Each book is essentially divided into stories that could each become a season. While it could also be written into a series of movies, I know that many things would get left out because the story is too long. It was always intended as a series. Now, whether or not that ever comes to pass is another story. It's really not up to me, as much as I wish it could be.

A series would require a new name, since it cannot be called "The Undead Novels." Well, it can, but it would sound silly. I was thinking maybe just "The Undead." That sounds pretty cool. Another possible option would be "No Man's Land," since it could apply to all three books. "Man's End" is another possibility, which was used as a title for the last half of the first book. Oh, I know! "Jason Medina's The Undead." Ha, ha, ha. Seriously, I think "The Undead" is the best name for a series. What do you think? Feel free to give me your choices, but if you haven't read the books, don't bother.
