The time has come for a new way of living. The old life must be forgotten. The old existence must be erased. It is time to begin training. It is time to become an assassin.
There are several highly trained assassins working for the Secret Society. Each must eliminate, or "delete," a certain number of targets in order to reach an elite status of trust within the organization. Once that status is achieved, they become privy to more secrets and are embraced into the organization. However, that could prove to be a fatal mistake, which could ultimately lead to anarchy!
This second book of the trilogy has undergone several name changes. It originally began as "Killer in Training," although I was never pleased with that title. About a year later, it became "To Train a Killer," it still did not sound right to me. Finally, I came up with the current title in November of 2021. I think I will stick with that title. It sounds right. Not to mention, it is much cooler. This new title inspired the cover for the book.
